2010
Entering renewable energy
I started in the renewable energy sector when solar was still considered "alternative". Most people thought I was mad. But I saw the future. Clean energy wasn't just good for the planet, it was going to be massive business.
Over the next decade I worked with several national solar brands, learning every aspect of the industry from the ground up. Installation, sales, marketing, operations. I immersed myself in it all.
2012 to 2018
Building and scaling
I didn't just want to work in renewable energy. I wanted to build something. So I started multiple businesses specialising in the sector. Solar Panel Funding became one of the #1 rated brands in the UK. We deployed over £60M in advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok and native DSPs.
I learned what actually moves the needle in business: not theory, but execution. Real leads. Real sales. Real scaling problems. I became obsessed with systems, automation and building machines that generate consistent results.
2019
The wake-up call
By 2019 I had the businesses. I had the success. But I was a wreck. Years of late nights, stress eating, skipped workouts and "I'll sort it later" had caught up with me. I was overweight, exhausted, and my blood work told a story I couldn't ignore.
Fatty liver. Inflammation markers through the roof. Blood sugar issues. Hormones all over the place. I was building empires while my body was falling apart. What was the point of all this success if I wasn't going to be around to enjoy it?
2019 to 2025
Rebuilding from the inside out
I did what I do best. I treated my health like a business problem. I researched. I experimented. I tracked everything. I stopped following generic advice and started understanding my own metabolism.
I lost over 60kg. More importantly, I reversed my fatty liver, normalised my blood sugar, fixed my hormones and dropped inflammation to optimal levels. I didn't just lose weight. I completely rebuilt my metabolism, and wrote the system down as the Metabolic Reset Blueprint.
Now
Mentoring and the next brands
Today I combine everything I've learned about building businesses, marketing systems and health optimisation to mentor entrepreneurs who are where I was, whilst continuing to scale the brand portfolio.
Success without health isn't success at all. Purpose beats profit. Every single time.
